Cancellation Policy – Zimico

At Zimico, we value customer satisfaction and understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the process, timeline, and conditions for order cancellation.


🕒 Order Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.


📧 How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation:

  1. Send an email to support@zimico.in

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation

  3. Our team will verify the status and confirm cancellation (if eligible)


💰 Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not require a refund as no payment is collected online.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Repeated order refusals or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

  • Zimico reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability. In such cases, full refunds will be issued
