You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

💰 Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not require a refund as no payment is collected online.

Repeated order refusals or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Zimico reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability. In such cases, full refunds will be issued
